How to activate user_activation_key ?

    Hi,
    I would like to activate the user_activation_key for registration of new members on my wordpress site.

    I have seen on the database wp_users user_activation_key but don’t use by register page on WordPress.

    Because when a fake registration I receive an email before validation. I would like receive this email after validation only.

    How to fix it ?
