 * This is a great plugin. I have searched everywhere but can’t find how to enable
   permalink functionality ?

 * it does redirect me to

 * but I would like structure _[http://url/page1/page2/page3](http://url/page1/page2/page3)_
   would remain visible in browser

 * I figured out that I needed to create a new post type using this plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/)
   with Hierarchical and Rewrite attribute set to true
