How to activate mobile view

    Hi there,

    I’m using the free Mailchimp for WordPress Version 2.3.17 and WordPress 4.4.1. I’m also using a mobile plugin.

    Is there any way to configure the plugin for mobile use? I haven’t found anything in the support forum, FAQ or documentation that talks about implementing it. I tried implementing the shortcode into my mobile customization section with no luck.

    Perhaps this just doesn’t work with the mobile plugin I’m using but….Would like to check in case I’m missing something. (Does it come with the Pro version? It’s not clear from reading the pricing details.)

    Hello Deanna,

    We have not yet tested it with the mobile plugin so we cannot confirm it at the moment. Can you please share a link to the mobile plugin?

    Secondly, please note you are using a very old version of our plugin. The latest version is 3.0.12. Please do update so you are able to get the latest bug fixes.
