Support » Fixing WordPress » How to achieve a border element glow on mouseover?

    Recently I stumbled across a blog on tumbler with an effect that I’d like to replicate. When the cursor overlays various components of the layout, that component lights up with a colorful glow around its border. This occurs on the main text area of the blog, the blog title space, the side bar area, and the search input field. Can anyone advise me either on what script might be used to replicate this effect on a WordPress blog, or what this type of script might be called so that I can pursue further research?

    See if any of these plugins can work for you https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/Hover+Effects/

    You need to add css on element class hover

    Your div Class Name:hover {
        box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px rgba(0,235,255,0.8);
        -webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px rgba(0,235,255,0.8);
        -moz-box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px rgba(0,235,255,0.8);
    }
