    The shortcode appears not in place because you need to return the output and not echo it. The first solution you posted will work fine. Have you tried it?

    I cant I have Internal Server Error, but it looks something like [bstn_something_number]

    Hi, could you please open the file you were editing via FTP or via the cPanel? Internal server Error is probably caused by a syntax error in the code.

    I’m guessing this is for the button X plugin.

    Have you tried consulting with the plugin’s developer first?
