How should the Consumer token be sent?

    I’m very confused by the lack of docs on this plugin… Every oAuth provider is different. In a request_token call to this provider, where/how do I set the consumer token in the request? is it a GET variable? consumer_token doesn’t seem valid. Neither does oauth_consumer_token. Can you provide a (suitably bogus) HTTP request that would be sent? And maybe update your docs.
