How Remove Post Date?

If you want it to show the category still use the following in Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS

.container .post .card-body .blog-info li:not(:first-child) {
	display: none;
}

Otherwise, if you want to hide the category along with the other info use the following

.container .post .card-body .blog-info {
	display: none;
}
