How remove my virus? (exploit.PDF-JS.Gen)

    Hello,
    a friend of mine inform me that one of my web site has a virus. Based on his anti-virus, my web site would have exploit.PDF-JS.Gen.

    I want to know:
    1. How can I remove that virus
    2. How can I scan my web sites to validate if I don’t have any other virus

    I have to say that I am totally lost and I really need your help!
