   in the admin the menu page.

 * what would you like to remove? the theme menu or admin menu?
 * the theme menu is in the theme files, maybe header.php or sidebar.php, and is
   easier to remove. just look for the menu you want to remove and delete the html/
   php code
 * to remove the admin menu you will have to type some php code.
