How registered user only can read post ?

I want to hide most of my post from the publich, and only want registered user to read these messages. But these registered users, I only want to read and nothing else.

Ass it seems to me, the only thing a Subscriber-user can do, is to read message, which looks like the kind of users that want to create. But it seems to me that these user not can read messages that are hide ???

Is it possible to create a user that can read messages that are hide, and not edit og post anything ?
