    Hi, Team

    I accidently deleted the subfolder ast shipment tracking in uploads folder. I believe there are a lot of images in there. Now under the shipping carriers table in the plugin dashboard, all the images for the carriers are gone and the carrier images like TNT in the email sent to the customer for tracking are gone as well.

    Because I did back it up before deleting this subfolder, how do I recover it? I have tried to download the latest version, uploaded, and reinstall, the problem still exists.

    Please advise

    Hi @lovebeans,

    Please sync the shipping carriers, which will recreate the folder and restore all the carrier logos.

    And also your team needs to update the document, mate. The “Syn carrier” option is now hiding under the vertical 3 dots. That is why I did not find out and have to ask your help.

    You’re right, the “Sync Carriers” option is now tucked under the three-dot menu, and we’ll update the documentation to reflect that change so it’s clearer for everyone moving forward.
