How often does it "scan" for new posts?

    Awesome Plugin!

    I have a site that i need to preload the cache for.. (some reason it just got REALLY slow and just “freezers” browsers for some reason so this plugin has been a life saver..

    All seems fine but when i post a new post it doesn’t preload till i manually open it?

    How can i set it up to ‘scan’ for new posts and make it preload them as soon as they are uploaded?

    I dont want to have to delete all the caches and make it start again to just preload 1 post?

    What are my best options/settings?

    The posts i’m referring to are not traditional blog posts but “products” on an online store from a purchased theme. (templatic – WPstore)

    I don’t have comments set up on the site so not worried about that.

    p.s. im not a code whizz by any means…
