How many active users did you have and what was the chat performance?

    Hi!
    I’ve got a questions to users with some experience with 100-200+ active chat visitors.
    My hosting plan has a scalable solution from 1GHz to 24GHz and up to 64 GB of RAM, would that be enough for 200 chat users – I plan to set refresh time to 3 seconds. I can estimate that there would be 10 new messages every minute.
    What is your experience? Does wise-chat pro version have better performance than free version?

    Hi @paweld3

    Pro version has exactly the same performance as free Wise Chat. Both plugins use the same engines. Please test the free plugin first. However, 200 concurrent users is a quite big load for ajax-based plugin. Most probably you have to set the maximum capacity provided by your hosting plan.
