how manage Load custom keywords from a URL

hello world, anyone knows how setup this plugin to work with the links inside.
I create a proof.hmtl with inside:
2, http://www.2.com
3, http://www.3.com
4, http://www.4.com
1, http://www.1.com
5, http://www.5.com
and put into Load from URL: http://www.myweb.com/proof.html/
but not work 🙁
please, any help or example to use it?
