    I really want to talk to a human about woocommerce (like godaddy customer service). I am using woocommerce on my site now and like it but I can't use the help desk or support features because its a free plug-in. Is it worth buying something even though I don't want anything else just so I can actually talk to someone? Is that even an option? I want to continue using this product and get better at it but I struggle with the forums. I would benefit greatly from just speaking to someone for 3 minutes. I appreciate any feedback I can get from the community. Thanks!

    You may want to consider hiring someone for that level of support.

    Really? Just to speak to someone for a few minutes? Is the live operator even an option?

    There is no live operators, and there is no support unless you've bought something, and even then the support is only for the item you purchased, and even then it's really mostly for bugs.

    I love woocommerce, but you really have to figure it out yourself for the most part.

    Thank you @jimlongo! I did find a good site called [link removed per the forum rules] that you can hire professionals to help you. It's about $50 an hour with 2 hour minimum plus %10 to the site. Lots of very smart people to help!
