Currently, only the datasource ipstack has currency information. I will add the currency information of the country in the next version of the plugin.

Would be great add these variables as well to place the price in dollars and use the currencyConverter to convert the price to the local price of the user who is viewing the site.

Currency conversion is beyond the scope of this plugin – also because there is no “this is the official exchange rate”, every bank/institute defines it slightly different, buy/sell, exchange fees, etc.
