• Hi
    Forum Specialists
I’ve been having an error 500 on the server for a long time.
I did every training and solution.
I contacted server support dozens of times.
And they claimed that my site had a problem.
They installed themselves yesterday in a WordPress subdomain.
But the same WordPress installed also gave error 500.
    Everything was the default.
But when I said there was an error, they said your Woocommers were overused.
But on WordPress installed they have no Woocommers.
Can someone help me understand the shapes of the server.
WordPress logs are enabled, The ultimate error of the Fetal Error is to allocate 20 MB of RAM, The dedicated server is 1GB of RAM, The WordPress limit is 1GB, Default template 2017, No plugins installed, PHP 7 to 7.3 tested, Claude’s Linux server,
But sometimes error 500 does occur.
please help, For months, this problem has destroyed our nerves,And we are always accuse, We have lost our global standing, But the problem with Error 500 still exists.
    Thanks to those who help

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Hi
The problem is that nothing is installed on WordPress.
    The default format is 2017 – No posts in WordPress. – Debug is enabled – php 7.3 – 7.2 – 7.1

    But there is Error 500
    The server has accused us.
We’re sure the server has problems.
But we cannot prove ,They claim WordPress consumes a lot of resources.

We used this plugin (Server IP & Memory Usage Display) to determine the amount of RAM used.
Output We use 14-18 MB of RAM, If you install and enable Woocommerce, 22 MB will be consumed, If you enable professional format, it will consume 34 MB, Support has put WordPress’s RAM level at 1 GB.
The 500 error occurs only with WordPress templates 2020.

    What’s in wp-content/debug.log?

    Hi
    There is no log
    No error is recorded
There is a lot of Error Logic Panel
[:error] [pid 2572746] (12)Cannot allocate memory: [client 95.64.5.85:18353] couldn’t create child process: /usr/sbin/suphp
This is the site address to test yourself. This is our own test site. This site is under the Subdomain installed by support
    sp.6019.ir
We use support here to prove the error
    https://check-host.net
We have also enabled this test site to show that there is no problem with WordPress or Woocommrce
    http://6019.gigfa.com/
This test site only has 158 MB of RAM.The hardware is quite weak. But the site is quite stable
    Test with this site (https://check-host.net)
You will see that our site will be error 500
But no other WordPress site has this error.

Thanks for checking these out as well

That’s not a WordPress error; it’s an error in your web stack.

Support says this is a problem with WordPress.
They insist that WordPress is responsible for the errors.
The support site itself uses WordPress.
They do not accept this problem.
How should this problem be resolved.
    Please also test the site.
I really don’t know what to do, I’ve been tired for a year and a half, I’m not feeling well, Because support has always blamed us.
I want them to come here to read the opinions of WordPress experts.
    Your comments matter to me.
Your solutions are important to us
    Thank you
