Hello, we are using your great plugin, thank you!

I am interested in how exactly a conversion is triggered? By calling up the Sucess page? How is the mechanism?

    Hi @tom84-1,

Thank you for appreciating and posting us. 🙂

The conversion via our plugin gets triggered when the success page loads.

The plugin looks for the order id in the standard success page URL(https://Domain_Name/checkout/order-received/99999/?key=wc_order_XxXXxxXXXxXxx) and captures the conversion data.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

    Thanks for you answer.
I have also set up manual conversion tracking, which triggers a conversion when the order-received page is called. Unfortunately, the number of conversions differs significantly from your trigger mechanism and the manual trigger mechanism in analytics.

the manually set conversion tracking is much closer to the real numbers.
manual tracking just counts a conversion when the order received page has been called up. Can you also set this for your tracking or combine it somehow?

Thanks, i look forward to hear from you

Same problem on my site, 7 sales (and success page loads) in the last week but only 3 ecommerce conversions counted. Doesn’t work properly.
