How I use this plugin

Wordpress has several built-in emails that it sends out to users:

– when a new user registers on your site
– when a user changes his email address
– when a user changes his username
– when a user requests his password to be reset
etc…

The problem is that there is no way to easily
1) style these emails; such as adding a logo or a background colour
2) change the actual content of the emails; such as including a personalised greeting at the start of every email, or a company signature at the end.

This plugin – BNFW – solves these problems nicely. I can override the built-in wordpress emails, and change not only the style, but actually change the content too! That makes it a must-have tool for any company website where you want full control over your emails.

Another thing — look at the support forum and you’ll see that the developer is active and positively engages users in the forum. That’s a really good sign that the developer takes pride in his work, and that this plugin will be around in the future.

I recommend this plugin for every wordpress user. It’s a must-have plugin and I commend the author for making it available for us.
