How I give access to paid users to create posts and blog

I have wordpress website i install Paid Memberships Pro.
I create two level of users 1 Free and 2nd Paid.

Free user just visit the website and Paid users have blog through multiple sites in wordpress 3.5.

Now i just want to access level of users.
Free users can not create any post
Paid users can create posts.
