Yes, you can add Shortcodes from other plugins into table cells, just type or copy/paste them in.

where exactly are the Shortcodes in this table? Do they simply come back as empty cells?
Using cache_table_output=false would indeed by my suggestion here. TablePress will then evaluate everything without any caching.

The shortcode must be in “avis” row but the rows is empty
