How I can restrict the number of selection element in a checkbox or menu?

    I am having a serious problem and trying to find a solution for that. Suppose I have 4 elements under a checkbox and they are:-

    i)Apple
    ii)Banana
    iii)Orange
    iv)Strawberry

    I want my customers to select only 2 options out of 4.Now how I can set this option in the contact form so that the customer can’t select more than 2 options?
