I hope somebody can help me.
I would like to have a webpage that can display 3 columns consisting of 160px 1st column, 480px 2nd column, and 160px 3rd column for a total width of 800px webpage which will be showing centered in the browser.
So, I will have a sidebar to the left of 160px, a middle block for content of 480px, and a sidebar on the right of 160px too. I’m using WP Framework 0.2.4.9 by Ptah Dunbar theme right now.
I would also like to know this as I am interested in wp theming but would like a framework such as this. Since this framework has a sidebar.php file I browsed through and it seems to have many classes and id’s which sounds great. But what might get a few people off track is that he only uses them once in the style.css to set margin for top and bottom.
What this means is that you would have to add in those classes/id’s to the sheet and code what you want. Not sure what you want in the left or right sidebars, but I would assume you could set a width of 160px and then position them (the different classes) either left or right with content positioned in center.
I am a bit new to css so this is also a learning tool for me.
