How fetch next page

Hi , How can I fetch next page (next 10 posts ) in a filtered category
ex: I have this http://MyDomain/api/get_category_posts/?category_id=2
And I can get 10 last posts , How can I give page 2 or 3 . or … each included 10 posts ?
