I know I’ve seen this option before (I remember turning it off a long time ago, but want to use it now because of the changes), but can’t find where to turn it on again. Can anyone direct me where in option I can do this? Thanks!

  • For me, there’s a bug in the tinyMCE integration.

I can only see the Bold, Italicize, Jump, Spell Check and Help buttons, as opposed to the bunch that I saw before.

For WP 2.07 and below, go to USERS and then scroll down to Personal Options and tick the “use the visual rich editor when writing” box.
I haven’t upgraded to 2.1 so I’m not sure if it’s the same for that version.

I have switched to use the visual editor… but the problem still there… it seems to be a javascript bug in tinyMCE integration.

Thanks gal2020! A very strange place to put it for one user blogs

I don’t know what the problems is with your’s, dsi0743, but my editor works fine. :/

Yeah, that’s why I haven’t upgraded yet. I have several other blogs and it’s too much to lose if there’re still bugs in the script…

    Cheers.

It’s also selected for me, and it still doesn’t fully show.

If your using FireFox go to Tools –> Options –> Content Tab, and under Advanced for JavaScript select everything. That made all the buttons show for me.
