An user first add a lower stars. After contact the user was happy and want to change the review.

In the backend i can change the review and rating, but this will only change the reviews on the WordPress website and not the ratings on your server. So it;s out of sync. Now we have a lower rating in the snippet and when user click on the snippet the see a lower rating than on our website.

Is it possible to change the review rating and text on your server and not only on the WordPress website?

Improvement
It’s very important to have good reviews. Not everyone will give a 5 stars rating. If you want to give good after service and people want to adjust their review it must be easy to adjust a review.

Would be great if there is a button in WP Admin to resend a link when people want to adjust there review. It’s a seperate e-mail with custom text. So i can send a link with the text what the user find of the solution and maybe want to adjust there review.
