But we have 1k+ installations in WordPress.org and also have paid customers, no one has said that ‘no change’ happened. May be, you should try it properly.

Sorry to hear I’m the only one who is having problems.
Not sure what you mean with having to use your plugin ‘properly’. If there is an ‘improper’ way, it’s awfully coincidental I stumbled upon it.
The docs refer to the settings of your plugin. I don’t see anything that could help me troubleshoot not seeing any visible difference.
When I turn on dark mode for both front and backend, I see no change in either. Perhaps you can share a screenshot of what my backend is supposed to look like?
Or perhaps you are saying that switching the toggle for turning on dark mode in the backend is not the ‘proper’ way to use your plugin?
