# Does not work in Firefox

 * This is not working in Firefox . The lightbox opens but there is only a blank
   white box to the side. There is no where to a share or comment or anything just
   a blank white box.

 * Hi, can you see it working in other browsers?
    Check if you have some lightbox-
   blocking add-ons or extensions in Firefox.
 * For our website, [http://galleryshareplugin.com/](http://galleryshareplugin.com/),
   it works for every browser and setting. Try to click on the right and left part
   of the lightbox. It might also be a cashing problem.

 * Hi,
    both your site and the plugin work for me in other browsers. All other lightbox
   plugins I have tried work in Firefox for me. I tried clearing the cash but it
   still doesn’t work.

 * I’m sorry, I checked the issue again and it works fine for us and the other users.
 * I don’t know how to help you.. Try Ctrl+F5 again or update your Mozilla browser.
   It seems it’s a local problem.
