How does one request a refund?

    I bought the product however the hamburgers on mobile froze upon install. W3 seems to work well but not with DIVI.

    I would like to request a refund (WP Rocket makes it easy and they refund fast I asked for one as I was impressed with W3).

    If anyone is listening please answer this cry in the wilderness.

    First of all, thank you for your review.
    W3 Total Cache works well with DIVI, and I personally have a couple of websites that are doing just fine with both Divi and W3TC installed so possibly some minor tweak in the settings is needed.
    Since you are a Pro user please drop us a note via the plugin in Performance>Support so we can assist you with this.
