    Just wondering if someone could explain please how the Flipbook plugin works(
   for wordpress ).
 * right now, we do not have a PDF created of our products in magazine format.
 * does flipbook help us to build this digital magazine, or do I need to have one
   already, for Flipbook to work?

 * A PDF is required for it to work. It is a flipbook representation of PDFs, not
   a flipbook creation software.
    The plugin cannot make PDFs.
