    Screenshot (see attached picture)

    I have turned on Debug and cant figure out what the issue is with these products. isnt that the point of having a log.

    If you have a alert, I would expect it to tell me whats wrong.
    Can you provide me any advise to figure out what’s wrong with the product

    Hi there!

    I can see how that’s confusing. They are, however, sync records, and not logs.

    If you’ve enabled logging under WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Settings though, you can find logs for Square sync here: WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    If you’re having trouble figuring out the logs, please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Square logs for the latest sync (please share it via service like

    3. Along with that, please also share a screenshot of your Square settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Settings)
