[Resolved] How do you send in HTML as ShortCode parameter?

  • I am currently researching ShortCodes but when I send in HTML as a parameter it is encoded so when output it is not processed as HTML by the browser it is processed as text. e.g. <, > have all been converted etc.

    [testshortcode paramtest=”<b>test</b>”]

If you use paramtest is the shortcode function <b>test</b> is output instead of the text test bolded.

I think I need a reverse function of wp specialchars function?

    Any help appreciated.

    TIA
