• Hello!

I’m a total noob at this… with little to zero experience in the CSS department.

There are two issues I was hoping someone more capable (and smarter, prettier, and uberly more nicer) can help me with.

On the home page of my blog, there’s a little intro that I would like to leave up. But I would like to also do a featured spot of my latest post. Like a snapshot picture and blurb. I’ve seen it done in other blogs, but I can’t seem to figure out how to replicate it (again total noob status).

Also, I would like to change my navigational bar. Right now there’s a Home, Blog, and About Section.

I would like to make a dedicated section for other topics I will be posting about. For example, I would like to add a “STYLE” “FOODIE” “WANDERLUST” area for any posts I do related to those topics.

I have it currently set up to organize based on whatever category I mark it under which is “Musings.”

Also I’m not sure which version I’m running. I did upgrade to custom design so hopefully that allows me to make these changes I’d like.

Any instructions or feedback would be helpful!

This is a personal blog. Please visit my site at mysillydiary.com and give me suggestions. Thank you!
