How do you hardcode (in the index.php) static content for a WordPress page?

  • I have a theme and on the homepage (iigl.net), it doesn’t have a place to add content in the admin panel. So, I assume it would have to be hardcoded. But I’m a designer, so PHP is foreign to me. Thanks in advance.

  • Hi!
If the homepage is hardcoded you can only add/edit content in the code unfortunately.
Try to make a feature menu with a new homepage so that you’d be able to edit the content in the panel.
