How Do You Edit WordPress Pages Via A Web Host? (2 posts)

Hello all. First off, let me say that I am a total n00b to WordPress and blog-style web sites. So I am sorry if my post seems elementary!

My web site is located at http://www.getprocopynow.com. It was designed by a professional who suggested that a blog web site would be the way to go. Little did I know what a learning curve this would be! The developer gave me step-by-step instructions on how to edit my site once I get into WordPress, which is already installed on my space.

Trouble is, I have no idea how to get to the place that will allow me to get into WordPress!

I have a file manager and can see all of my files, but the control panel will not allow me to edit any of them. And I cannot use their Site Builder (it's WSYWIG, and not this HTML girl's bag).

If anyone is out there that can help, I thank you in advance for helping me figure all of this out!

WordPress stores all of your site's content in a database, so you cannot change your content by editing files. You have to do it via the WordPress Admin interface.

You can login to your Admin area using http://www.getprocopynow.com/wp-admin
