How do you create a dynamic top menu?

    Hi all, I cant find my answer anywhere!

    I need to have a nice clean white layout with a dynamic menu along the top, not down the side.

    Where can I find this or how can I do this?

    Id MUCH rather use an existing template if possible.

    Believe me ive been searching for ages and I could really use some help!
