How do you change the email address?

I setup the website, so I am the first admin. However that is only so I can login at any time and fix whatever is broken.
Obviously I don’t want my email address going out with the Newsletters.
This is the error we receive:
**You appear to be sending notifications from (my email address), which has a different domain name than your blog server domain.com. This may result in failed emails.**That error message is the Dummy Light of plugins. Sure it tells you there is an issue, BUT HOW DO YOU FIX IT? Why put a message there without some kind of solution to the issue?
Where do I go in the Subscribe2 software to change the mail address so we can actually use the plugin?
