How Do We Delete Your Plugin off of WordPress

    Hello,
    We where not familiar with your plugin but a developer needed access to our website to fix an issue and recommended using your plugin – which we did. We now cannot delete the temporary user nor can we delete your plugin. How do we delete your plugin? Or how do we delete the temporary user?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you had.

    It seems you are logged in with a temporary user. We have restricted the deactivation of the plugin for a temporary user.

    To deactivate the plugin, you need to login with your admin account.

    To do that, please logout from a temporary user and login with your admin account.

    Hi @malayladu,
    Thank You for your response. We ended up contacting our web hosting provider and they helped to get the plugin deleted off our WordPress.
