How do we add a scrollbar

Hello Sayful,

I added your WordPress Nicescroll plugin to my WordPress website which is using the Total theme from Themeforest. Total uses the WPBakery Visual Composer

I want a scrollbar on the text boxes on this page:
http://pickering.flywheelsites.com/who-we-are/

Are the scrollbars just supposed to appear or do we set them in the MCE?
