 * Can you tell me what the process is for a user to get to the booking page? Do
   they click on the class on the calendar and then are taken to the booking form?
 * Also is there a way to add fields to the booking form?

    yes this is right process for class booking ->click on class on the
   calendar. no you can not add any fields in booking form. Thanks Abhishek
