How do my members log in?

hI, I downloaded this last nite, it is showing me logged in, but not anyone else..how do I do this? Thank you, my website is http://www.onlinepsychicadvisors.com

I downloaded members then this one, hoping this would work..plus, I cant get the short code to work either, under each picture. I really wanted it to show when the people are online..I am hoping you can help me with this. Thanks alot!
