How do I wrap a link arond an image

Hi

Can you tell me how to wrap a link around an image in a post please?
I have

<a href="http://www.domain1.com"><img src="http://www.domain2.com/image.jpg"></a>

I want to link through to domain1 when someone clicks my image.jpg
But this does not work
