How do i use the # on a post, for the different content!

Hello, i dont really know how to explain this good but i will try!

When i make a new post, and i start writing content on it.

I want to make a content list over what i have on the post, and if you press any title then you get down to that part.
#A
#B
#C

like the read-more, when you press read more you get sent to #more-[ID].

Example
