Hi @dlocc, thanks a lot for your reply! I immediately doublechecked this, but I already have iDEAL activated and am testing from the Netherlands indeed. Currency is set to EUR as well, so that can’t be the problem. Strangely enough, I only see the cards and google pay options in my form, but even when the google pay option is deactivated in stripe. Clearing browser cache and switching computers altogether did not do the trick either… Can you think of anything else to try?
Hey @reinlalala this doesn’t sound like the functionality Stripe should be showing. You should definitely be seeing the iDEAL payment gateway with your location and settings. Let me see if I can get some answers from Stripe and get back to you.
The only other thing I can think of is to tell Stripe to always show the specific gateways you want regardless of locale. This isn’t ideal though and would require a code change that isn’t easy to make on your end.
I’ll be out of country for about a week but when I get back I’m going to investigate this and see if I can get some answers from Stripe.
