How do I upload a new Theme to my blog

    I downloaded a WP Blog theme to my computer but can’t figure out how to upload it so that it shows up on my actual blog.

    wordpress tells me to upload it to the wp-content/themes directory.

    I figured out how to upload it using my yahoo host, but I don’t know how to unzip it. When it unzips it unzips to my computer. Do I have to upload each file seperatly – How do I simply upload the unzipped folder.

    How do I upload this new theme. Help –
