  • The email address mentioned at your site’s wp-admin/options-general.php is what Jetpack uses to send you the notifications about the new subscriptions. BTW, did you check the spam folder for those emails?

    I’m not receiving an email notification for blog subscriptions and I’m wondering if the correct email address is being used.

    Would you like to receive emails when somebody subscribes to your site? If so, I’m afraid that’s not possible. We do not send any email notifications when somebody subscribes to your site. You will have to check your subscriber list to find out about new subscribers:

    If, however, you subscribed to your own blog and do not receive any notification emails when you publish a new post, the problem could be cause by some issues with your Jetpack connection. If so, could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?
