[resolved] How do I turnoff the Online Chat Now (5 posts)

    I have logged out of Dashboard, GTalk, etc and still get a notice I am "Online". How do I turn it off?

    Logging out of your IM (gtalk/Skype) gets ClickDesk appear offline on your website instantly. Please make sure that you are logged out of your IM on all your devices.

    I'm facing the same problem.
    It's appearing as "online" even though I'm logged out of my IM.
    My only IM is the inline chat within Gmail, which I've gone offline and signed out of the account entirely.

    Lawrencer, in some unusual cases it takes upto 2-3 minutes for the chat on your website to check your IM status and get updated to offline.

    You can send a shortcut "/offline" (without quotes) to one of our chat contacts in your list and ClickDesk on your website would turn offline.
    To get back online, you need to send "/online" message.

    Did you try our new webchat panel with realtime visitor map?

    Hi Jagan, thanks the reply.
    I found the /offline, /online update on the main site earlier. I sent /offline to all 5 chat bots, went offline, logout from the account. 30mins and counting, I'm still online on the ClickDesk for some reason.
