how do i turn OFF demo mode?

hi, this seems like a silly question, but i can’t find where to turn off the little demo notice. i have wpec, gold cart, store toolkit and simple shipping installed but going through all the admin screens, i no longer see an demo mode section anywhere. where did i turn that on?
