How do I transfer some old post to new WP Blog on different server?

    I’ve started a new WP blog with a new hosting company, and want to transfer some of my old posts from my original Wp blog with the old hosting company, to the new blog. What’s the easiest way to do this? I’ve thought about just cutting and pasting, but re-adding the existing links and photos, would take a long time.

    Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
