[resolved] How do I?: static pages without navigation or footer (3 posts)

I want to create a series of static pages that act as dedicated landing pages for my SEM campaigns. A good landing page should be devoid of links back into the main site, so I want to remove the main navigation from the header, remove the footer, and remove the link from my logo.

I realise that this functionality is not inherent in the standard wordpress theme, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin or could reccomend a way to create this functionality.

I have not chosen a theme yet, but was thinking about this one:

I want the rest of my site to act like a normal blog site, and yet have the static pages sit behind the regular structure.

You could look at creating custom page templates.
